You may possibly know it better in its Sanskrit form - Karma. This is a word which is used in a variety of different ways by people from (2). In Sanskrit it is referred to as 'Karma'. Kamma includes both past and present actions. "Kusala" means wholesome, moral or good. In other words "Dasa Kusala Kamma" means Ten Wholesome Actions. Dua jenis Kamma berdasarkan sifatnya : 1). Kamma Buruk/Jahat atau disebut dengan Akusala kamma, yaitu: Perbuatan Jahat/buruk yang didasari oleh pikiran yang diliputi oleh lobha (keserakahan), dosa (kebencian), dan moha (kebodohan batin). - Contoh : membunuh, mencuri, berbohong, mabuk-mabukan, dsb. Kamma is actually cetana cetasika, volition. Cetana arises with each citta and it can therefore be kusala, akusala, vipaka or kiriya. Cetana directs the associated dhammas and coordinates their tasks (Atthasalini, Book I, part IV, Ch I, 111).
