We visited Delaire Graff for 2 nights in 2019 and after a few COVID disruptions were finally able to make it here for a longer stay in Dec 2022. So many of our favorite hotels pre-COVID have become shells of their former selves (amangiri, singita boulders, four seasons surfside) so it was extremely refreshing to find that since 2019 Delaire Graff has gotten even better! The Delaire Graff Estate is the masterpiece of Laurence Graff, a diamantaire and art collector. Together with expert architects, designers, artists and sculptors, he transformed the estate into this opulent destination.
