This is crucial as we try to strengthen our platform for connecting the global church during this time. Casely Essamuah (Th.D Boston University) is the Global Missions and Compassionate Outreach Pastor at the Bay Area Community Church in Annapolis, Maryland. Originally from Ghana, he is an ordained minister of the Methodist Church Ghana. He was editor of Communities of Faith in Africa and the African Diaspora, a book in honor of Trinity's Dr Meeting at the Taize Community in France, the Global Christian Forum Committee chose Dr Casely Essamuah to serve in the central role of its Secretary. Dr Essamuah will take up the position on 1 July 2018, following the retirement of the Rev Dr Larry Miller who has led the GCF for the last six years. Rev. Dr. Casely Essamuah is Secretary of the Global Christian Forum which brings together leadership from all streams of world Christianity.
