Fantastic experience: Royal City Crossfit was my first experience at a crossfit gym. The coaching an environment are fantastic. People are welcoming and you quickly become part of the family. The workouts are always challenging and fun and keep you wanting more. Sad to have left the city but loved my 2 years at Royal City Crossfit!
