This 16th century building is remarkable for several reasons. For 284 years it was the oldest continuously used Hospital in Mexico. Recently, the hospital was relocated and the building repurposed. It now boasts a museum with a collection of Baroque Within this initiative, Atlixco implemented a digital literacy and new technologies programme through collaborative workshops. In these, citizen volunteers and students supported citizens who did not know how to use mobile technologies.
