Ayub Ogada was a Kenyan Afro fusion artist with his principal instrument being the Nyatiti. He died on 1 February 2019. He began his career in the early 1970s with the Black Savage band but his career fully kicked off in 1979 after he co-founded the African Heritage Band with the director of Pan-African Gallery, Alan Donovan.
