Warrnambool City Council's recreation and culture facilities will today (Friday, October 22) move to open for those who are double vaccinated. This will mean those who attend the Warrnambool Art Gallery (WAG), AquaZone, Warrnambool Stadium, the Lighthouse Theatre and Warrnambool Library will need to display a vaccination certificate showing they have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. Warrnambool City Council has welcomed the opportunity to be involved in a trial to progressively reopen a "vaccinated economy".
