UVPCS swimmer Aimeson King had a busy past week, competing in 3 events in South America.. In the first 10km, which took place on January 26th in Santos, Brazil, Aimeson had what Coach Ron Jacks described as the race of his life. King finished in 16 th spot, beating out five Olympians, and was only 27 seconds behind the winner. King then competed in a sprint event in Viedma just before the UVic-PCS swimmer, Aimeson King (10K Open Water), is among the swimmers representing Canada at the 25th World University (FISU) Games in Kazan, Russia. The Summer Universiade is the second largest multisport event in the world, trailing only the Olympics.
