He previously served as a senior economic advisor at the White House under President Barack Obama, special advisor to the U.S. Department of Commerce, and counsel to former Congressman Henry Waxman. Judge Glickman was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Cornell University and Yale Law School. He came to Washington, D.C. in 1974 after serving as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Connecticut and a seminar instructor at Yale University.
