Rahman (featuring 25 of his Tamil film-score pieces), was released in May 2006 and his non-film album Rahman opened a 3,000 square-foot recording studio in Chennai, India, renamed A.M. Studios. The facility, formerly known as Panchathan Record Inn, took nearly three years to complete.
