On the heels of its recent announcement of a new online portal to drive IT service management, Nimsoft is expected to soon announce a similar offering for the MSP side of its customer base. The Nimsoft is a provider of Unified Monitoring solutions for virtualized datacenters, hosted and managed services, cloud platforms, and SaaS resources.
