Tom Garrett, the former MD/Morning Host at Townsquare Media's "Y105" 105.3 KYBA will serve as GM/PD for the station as well as host the "Med City Morning Show" from Greg Jensen's Hometown Broadcasting of Rochester has sold Hot AC "97.5 Pulse-FM" KNXR Rochester MN to John Linder's Blooming Prairie Farm Radio for $3.2 million. Jensen acquired KNXR in October 2014 for $1.1 million and flipped it to its current Hot AC format this past February.
